We embarked on this small business venture to keep our mother engaged and active following the recent passing of our beloved father.
At 70 years old, our mother has a passion for cooking that is unrivaled. Her culinary skills are so impeccable that her children and grandchildren refuse to settle for anything less than her delicious meals. It was then that we decided to turn her passion into a profession.
A recipe that has been passed down from her own mother is now our top-selling snack on our shelves. It is a beloved side dish that our family enjoys on a weekly basis.
Our Products
In order to maintain the quality and flavor, we prepare each bottle fresh daily in our home kitchen.
We conducted numerous experiments with different types of chili and grades of anchovies before achieving the perfect taste, texture and quality.
We exclusively use Mirasol Chile, also known as Guajillo, for its slow-building spiciness. The heat level of this dried chili pepper ranges from medium to spicy hot.
As for our anchovies, they vary in taste, color, and size, but we spare no effort in sourcing only the highest quality premium anchovies. They are the unsung heroes of our culinary journey.
For our vegetarian version, we carefully selected a variety of mushrooms after comparing them extensively. These mushrooms blend perfectly with our chili, adding a crunchy texture and enhancing the overall flavor.
Our productions are pre-orders at least 3 days advance. We do have ready stock consistently, and while stock last.
